Aunque firmamos la operación el viernes a última hora trabajó siempre sin prisas y explicando bien la operación. The notary is now replying to me, claiming that they made numerous attempts to contact the Civil Registry Office and so on. This is not true. No one ever tried to contact the Registry Office. The Registry Office sent a letter, to which this notary’s office failed to respond properly. Every time we came to the notary to ask about the situation, they didn’t even try to clarify or understand it — they just told us to “wait.” And now this notary is writing in their reply that it was the Registry Office’s fault. What they are writing as an excuse is a complete lie. The negligence lies entirely with this notary and their office.

At this notary office, we got married and then waited for the document to be ready for more than a year.
Eventually, it turned out that the notary had made a mistake, and when an additional document was requested from us, they never properly sent anything.
As a result, we waited another eight months, constantly visiting the notary — they kept telling us we just had to wait, without even trying to sort out the situation.
Later, we hired own lawyer, and that lawyer quickly found out that the organization they had supposedly sent the documents to didn’t have them at all.
This place shows negligent work and a terrible attitude toward people.

During the ceremony itself, the notary’s behavior was very rude.
After the ceremony, we waited a long time for someone to pay attention to us and tell us what to do next.
The notary showed complete indifference.
Everyone who works in this office treats people and their work in a terrible and careless way.
